The Summer of The Falcon     Every pop novel must have an interesting story, suitable conflicts,and a substructure. In the novel The Summer Of the Falcon, the author Jean CraigheadGeorge parallels the maturation of the main temperament with the teaching of abird to fly and take commands. June becomes mature and grows gradation childhood toadulthood, In the end of the story, June is not a child anymore. uncomplete isthe falcon. It has fully grown and has decided to live independently, withoutany of Junes support.     The main theme of the novel is maturity, freedom and realizing the cycleof nature. Of these three, maturity is the most important. When the storybegins, June is s tail endtily a little child, and she hates to do any housework.
